A woman known to frequent Peterborough is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after breaching her Statutory Release.
Heather Bell, 56, is an Indigenous woman described as 6 feet tall and 212 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. She has several visible tattoos, including the word “Believe” on her neck, the letter “B” with a crown on her right hand, a backwards dollar sign on her left hand, and the phrase “Nothing Changes…” on her left arm.
Bell is serving a sentence of nearly five years for offences including possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking and possession of weapons while unauthorized.
Along with Peterborough, Bell is also known to frequent Hamilton, Guelph, and Kingston.
