The Museum of Lennox and Addington is inviting the community to enjoy the season at A Fall Night In, taking place Thursday, Sept. 25 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Macpherson House in Napanee.
myFM spoke with Liz Watkins-McLean, who says the evening offers visitors a rare chance to explore the historic home,
Macpherson House is believed to be one of the first homes settled here in Napanee. Built around 1826, Macpherson House & Park sits by the Napanee River, north of the falls, at 180 Elizabeth Street.
Highlights of A Fall Night In include tea leaf readings with Amanda of Wicked Botanicals, weaving demonstrations by master weaver Susi Reinink, and more.
This event is designed to bring people together to celebrate autumn’s cozy charm.
Admission is $5, free for museum members and children under five. Tea leaf readings cost extra and require pre-booking.
