Two drivers from Napanee are facing impaired driving charges after separate single-vehicle collisions in Lennox and Addington County.
On August 17, just before 7 a.m., OPP officers were called to County Road 9 in Greater Napanee. Police located a vehicle with the driver still inside. Kevin Teeple, 55, was arrested and charged with impaired driving by drug, dangerous operation, and possession of methamphetamine. He was released with a court date set for September 9 in Greater Napanee.
The following day, August 18, just before 6 p.m., officers responded to another crash on Maple Road in Loyalist Township. Police arrested 61-year-old Stanley Truscott, who now faces impaired driving, dangerous operation, and alcohol and cannabis-related charges. He is scheduled to appear in court September 16.
Both accused had their license suspended for 90 days.
