A 37-year-old Stoney Creek man is facing impaired driving charges following an incident at Peterborough Regional Health Centre.
Police say that around 10:45 a.m. on October 19th, officers were called after a vehicle reportedly jumped a curb into a hospital parking lot. When officers spoke to the driver, they detected signs of impairment.
The man was charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, and operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80. His licence was suspended for 90 days, and his vehicle impounded for seven.
He was released on an appearance notice and is due in court December 2nd.
