Environment Canada has issued a Thunderstorm Outlook for Thursday, placing parts of Eastern Ontario, including Greater Napanee, under a moderate risk of severe weather. The area, marked yellow on the forecast map, could see dangerous conditions Thursday afternoon as a cold front moves through the region.
