Residents in Deseronto are being advised of traffic disruptions as the town continues rehabilitation work on St. George Street.
On Tuesday, September 9, crews will replace a water valve at the intersection of St. George Street and Maple Avenue. The work may cause temporary street closures and changes to vehicle and pedestrian access.
From September 8 to 12, stormwater management upgrades and curb installations will take place, which may affect driveway and property access. Following that, grinding and milling of the road surface will begin and continue through the fall.
The project is expected to reach substantial completion by October 17, with full restoration set for November 15, weather permitting.
Residents with questions or concerns are asked to contact Deseronto Town Hall at 613-396-2440.
