Police are investigating an attempted arson after a gas can was thrown through the window of a Peterborough business early Monday morning.
Officers were called to a plaza near Lansdowne Street West and Webber Avenue around 3:22 a.m. on July 28th. While no fire occurred thanks to the sprinkler system, the business sustained significant water damage.
