A 20-year-old Peterborough man is facing new charges following a search warrant executed Friday as part of an ongoing investigation into a May 2025 voyeurism incident.
Peterborough Police say members of the Internet Child Exploitation Unit arrested the man on July 11 and charged him with possession of child pornography and failing to comply with an undertaking.
The accused was held in custody and appeared in court the same day.
Police say there is no indication of additional victims and no ongoing threat to public safety.
The Peterborough Police Service is part of the Provincial Strategy to protect children from online sexual exploitation, a program supported by the Ministry of the Solicitor General.
