A popular pre-pandemic event is making a big return to downtown Napanee. Guitars ‘n Cars will take over the streets on Sept. 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The free, family-friendly festival features classic cars, live music, local shopping, and more.
Organized by Greater Napanee Connect, the event transforms downtown into a pedestrian-only zone full of energy and community spirit.
The Legion will be on-site serving burgers and hot dogs.
Guitars ‘n Cars also gives back. In 2019, the event raised $1,025 for the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital’s CT scan fund, and organizers hope to donate again this year.
Local leaders are praising the event as a strong show of unity and pride in the community.
