The Town of Greater Napanee is looking for five residents to join its new Community Initiatives Fund Advisory Committee. This committee will review grant applications from local not-for-profit groups and recommend funding decisions to Town Council.
The new committee replaces the old system under the Atura Power Community Development Fund. Members will meet at least twice each year to go over applications during the spring and fall grant intake periods.
Council will have the final say, but the committee will play a key role in helping choose local projects that make a difference.
Napanee residents who want to support their community and help decide where funding goes are encouraged to apply.
For more details or to apply, visit the Town of Greater Napaneeās website.
