Acclaimed Canadian blues artist Suzie Vinnick will return to Greater Napanee for a special one-night show on Thursday, Aug. 21, at 7:30 p.m. at the Lennox Community Theatre in Selby.
The 80-seat venue will offer an intimate setting for Vinnick’s mix of original songs and unique takes on beloved classics. A three-time Juno nominee, two-time Canadian Folk Music Award winner and 12-time Maple Blues Award recipient, Vinnick is known for her soulful, dynamic voice and joyful stage presence.
Her impressive career includes performances in Italy, Germany, and across Canada, sharing stages with Burton Cummings, Blackie & the Rodeo Kings, and more. She has toured nationally with Downchild, The Vinyl Café, and the John McDermott Band.
Opening the show will be local singer-songwriter Ethan Stein. Doors open at 7 p.m., with refreshments at intermission. Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door (cash only) at lennoxtheatre.ca/tickets.
