Bay of Quinte MP Chris Malette is opening a satellite office in Trenton.
The office is located inside the Quinte West Chamber of Commerce at 97 Front St., Trenton.
“He’s going to have his office open here at the chamber building on the first and third Wednesdays of the month,” said Quinte West Chamber of Commerce CEO Suzanne Andrews, while calling it a great opportunity for businesses and residents to ask questions and share any concerns and getting connected with the appropriate staff.
“I wanted to thank Chris for providing this service here in Quinte West, and we look forward to working with his staff here in the Bay of Quinte riding.”
Materials can also be picked up and dropped off at this location.
Malette and his team have also extended an invitation online for residents to swing by the satellite office, saying staff will be on the hand on the first and third Wednesdays every month effective Aug. 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Residents were initially welcomed for coffee and chat last Wednesday as setup was taking place.
