Cobourg’s downtown was transformed into a celebration of fall Saturday as the annual Harvest Festival brought live music, shopping, food and family activities to King Street and surrounding areas.
More than 35 vendors took part, offering seasonal products, local finds and fall savings. Visitors could also enjoy line dancing, live animals, kids’ activities, photo sessions, hat burning and axe throwing.
The festival also coincided with Cornerstone’s Walk A Mile event, with participants making their way through downtown beginning at 11 a.m. Organizers encouraged residents to support the walkers while enjoying the festival.
The event ran from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with three hours of free parking available in downtown municipal lots and streetside spaces.
