Here is a quick snapshot of what’s happening around town the next 48 hours.
STUFF TO DO
Monday: Starting at 6:30 p.m., Yoga in the Flower Field offers a peaceful way to unwind with an evening of movement surrounded by the beauty and fresh air of a working flower farm. You can simply enjoy the yoga session or add a U-Pick flower experience for an extra dose of summer colour at Cold Springs Flower Farm, 8280 McBridge Road, near Cobourg.
Monday: Starting at 9 a.m., Funny Bone Comedy & Improv gives young people ages 11 to 16 a chance to build confidence, sharpen their comedic timing, and have a whole lot of fun through games and improvisation. It’s a great opportunity for budding performers—or anyone who just loves to make people laugh—to get creative and meet new friends at the event venue in Northumberland.
Tuesday: Starting at 7 p.m., the Guided Full Moon Circle with Rebecca offers a peaceful opportunity to slow down, reflect, and connect with yourself and others under the energy of the full moon. It’s a chance to step away from the everyday rush, enjoy some mindful time, and leave feeling refreshed Cold Springs Flower Farm.
Tuesday: Starting at 8:30 a.m., Summer Nature Nuts Day Camp gives kids a full day of outdoor adventure, hands-on activities, and opportunities to explore the natural world while making new friends. The week’s “Crafty by Nature” theme is a great fit for curious kids who love getting creative and spending time outside, at the Ganaraska Millennium Conservation Area in Port Hope.
