The Town of Cobourg is inviting residents and visitors to provide feedback on its newly launched corporate and tourism websites through a short online survey.
The Communications Department is seeking input on Cobourg.ca and ExperienceCobourg.ca, asking users to comment on functionality, usability, and overall effectiveness. The survey is available at EngageCobourg.ca and will remain open until Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
In 2025, the Town introduced new platforms for both websites after the previous corporate site reached the end of its lifecycle. The updated Cobourg.ca homepage now includes a Google powered search bar that retrieves content from both sites, along with improved navigation menus, enhanced accessibility, and responsive design across devices.
The Town says the feedback gathered will help guide future improvements and support its Service Excellence goals. Survey results will also be compared to findings from the Engage Cobourg Website Development survey conducted in 2024.
In addition to evaluating website performance, the survey asks residents which services or features they would like explained through how to videos or online guides as part of an upcoming educational series.
Responses are anonymous.
Residents who require the survey in an alternate format or who wish to provide additional feedback can contact the Town’s Communications Department by email or phone.
