Three Peterborough residents are facing drug trafficking charges following an investigation by the city’s police service.
The Peterborough Police Service Street Crime Unit says officers executed a search warrant on Thursday, at a home in the Stewart and Wolfe streets area.
During the search, investigators seized 27 grams of cocaine, 26 grams of fentanyl and 22 grams of methamphetamine.
As a result, a 47-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, as well as possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
An 18-year-old man was charged with possession of methamphetamine and cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, while a 19-year-old man faces the same two charges.
Police say all three were held in custody and made a court appearance on Thursday.
