Residents and visitors are advised that the south side of Town Hall in Market Square will be closed to traffic on Saturdays until October 25th, for the operation of the Lennox and Addington Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market.
During this time, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., public parking in this area will be unavailable, and vehicles parked in violation may be towed without notice.
Town officials say private parking will still be accommodated, with barriers adjusted to allow vehicles in and out as needed.
The closure is intended to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for market vendors and patrons alike.
Visitors are encouraged to plan ahead and use alternative parking options when attending the farmers market each Saturday.
