Prime Minister Mark Carney will be visiting Trenton today (Friday, Aug. 8) and is set to make an announcement regarding the Canadian Armed Forces.
In a media advisory from the Prime Minister of Canada’s office, it states Carney is set to tour a military facility at about 12:55 p.m.
At 1:20 p.m., he is set to make an announcement about the CAF. The advisory provides no other details surrounding the announcement.
