A 38-year-old Peterborough man is facing several charges following a break and enter at a west-end home Sunday morning.
Police say officers were called around 11:35 a.m. on July 20 to a residence in the Lansdowne Street West and Brealey Drive area after reports of a break-in.
An officer at the scene saw a basement window screen had been cut and later witnessed a man with a knife attempting to exit the home.
The man was arrested without incident and remains in custody, with a court appearance set for Monday.
