Community Care Northumberland (CCN) is celebrating a big success after raising $27,070 at its annual Caring ‘Fore’ Our Community Golf Tournament, held June 26 at Shelter Valley Pines Golf Club in Grafton.
The sold-out event brought together local businesses, sponsors, volunteers, and community members for a fun-filled day of connection and generosity. Funds raised will go directly toward supporting CCN’s essential programs and services throughout Northumberland County helping keep them affordable, accessible, and rooted in care.
“We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who took part,” said CCN CEO Trish Baird. “The support we received means we can keep doing what we do best – serving our community and making sure people get the care and connection they deserve.”
