Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peterborough says there’s still room for Littles to take part in a fishing day hosted by Peterborough Police.
The event takes place Tuesday, July 8, from 1 to 3 pm at the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters property. It’s designed to introduce youth to fishing and is made possible with support from Jumpstart.
Participants are asked to arrive at the BBBS office by 12:45 pm for drop-off, with pickup scheduled for 3 pm. Bus transportation is available.
Families who haven’t signed up yet are encouraged to register online while space remains.
