A woman suffered life-threatening injuries in a Canada Day crash west of Ennismore that also sent a man and an infant to hospital.
Peterborough County OPP say the single-vehicle collision happened around 3 p.m. Tuesday, when a grey Volkswagen travelling westbound on Edenderry Line left the road and struck a culvert before landing in a ditch.
All three occupants — two adults and a one-year-old child — were taken to a local hospital. The female passenger was later airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre.
Police closed Edenderry Line for several hours for investigation. Witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage are asked to contact the Peterborough County OPP.
