In Port Hope, The Thirsty Goose celebrates the Bard with poetry, a four-course meal, and Scotch. Reservations can be made by calling 905-800-0338.
And the Grafton Legion will host a Robbie Burns Dinner on Saturday with the Cobourg Legion Pipes and Drums and Scottish country dancing led by Diane Coulombe. Tickets are available at Nessie’s British Shop at 16 King Street East in Cobourg (905-372-7158) or from members of the Cobourg Legion Pipes and Drums.

Come and watch the show and support local talent at the Amatuer Talent Show on Friday!
Cash Prizes – $500 ~ $250 ~ $125 and all 3 will have the opportunity to perform at the 2024 Cobourg Waterfront Festival. Keep in mind – talent sign-ups have been filled.
There’s a cash bar and food available, including beef or peameal on a bun
Performances start at 7 p.m.
