Police report stopping a 35-year-old who was driving drunk.
On Jan. 20, around 2:30 a.m., a police officer was driving on Highway 401 in Northumberland. The officer noticed a car swerving out of its lane. The officer pulled the car over and investigated. The Brighton resident alleged was arrested and will now wait for a scheduled court date in Cobourg.
