Northumberland OPP charged a man after pulling him over for speeding on Highway 401 in Port Hope.
The incident happened on December 9, 2023, around 3:56 a.m. when a 39-year-old from Newmarket was stopped by police.
The man is facing several charges because of this incident.
His driver’s license is suspended for an extra 30 days, and his vehicle is impounded for 14 days.
The accused is expected to appear in court in Cobourg at a later date.
