After the last few years, things have been a rollercoaster ride if you were trying to buy or sell your house.
Erin Brown, President of the Northumberland Hills Association Of Realtors told us what to expect for 2023.
She said some people will need to adjust their expectations.
With things getting chaotic during the pandemic, Brown said hopefully it will be different that the last few years.
She said she hopes things are a bit calmer than the last few years for both buyers and sellers.
