The Appreciation Day is a joint event between the Cobourg Cougars and the Royal Canadian Legion in Cobourg.
All Legion members, cadets and military personnel will get free admission to this home game against the Wellington Dukes on January 16th.
The Cougars will be wearing Jerseys designed in green camouflage with the Legion Crest on the shoulder and they’ll be auctioned off at the game with proceeds helping to support Legion veterans programs.
It promises to be a hat trick: great game, great cause, great time.
