A new poll shows that less and less people under 45 years old are considering buying houses in Ontario.
The Ontario Real Estate Association found that 46 per cent of prospective home buyers under the age of 45 have considered or are considering moving out of the province to afford a home.
CEO Tim Hudak says this has a large ripple effect throughout the province.
Hudak says we need to build more houses and municipalities can help by eliminating red tape that is associated with the permit process.
