Port Hope Police have charged an Oshawa resident, as a result of a traffic stop last week. Police stopped the vehicle after the vehicle was reportedly travelling 30 kilometres over the speed limit.
The Oshawa resident was charged with failing to comply with a release order x2, driving while under suspension, possession of a schedule 1 substance – methamphetamine, possession of break-in instruments, unauthorized possession a weapon and breach of probation. The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
