Port Hope is preparing to celebrate the 90th anniversary of its Santa Claus Parade, with organizers encouraging local groups and businesses to register for this year’s event.
The parade takes place Saturday, Nov. 28, with a Retro Rewind theme marking the milestone celebration.
Businesses, community organizations, service clubs, sports teams and other groups are invited to participate with decorated floats or walking groups featuring a nostalgic twist.
Registration remains open, but organizers say time is running out for those hoping to take part.
Entries can be submitted online through the Municipality of Port Hope’s website. Questions can be directed to events@porthope.ca.
