The DRIFF festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special giveaway aimed at thanking its supporters. Submissions are now closed for our 2026 festival, which will run from October 22nd to 24th.
The Durham Region International Film Festival (DRIFF) was founded in 2015 becoming a nonprofit organization in 2017. The festival has evolved into a three-day international event showcasing local filmmaking talent while welcoming filmmakers, industry professionals and films from around the world. As DRIFF celebrates its anniversary, it remains committed to the vision and mission that inspired its creation.
Six festival-goers will have the chance to win a Night-Out Giveaway Package, which includes a one-night hotel stay, a restaurant gift card or voucher and two DRIFF tickets.
Organizers say entering is simple, with anyone who purchases a DRIFF ticket automatically entered into the draw.
The anniversary promotion offers attendees an opportunity to enjoy the festival while competing for an overnight getaway and dining experience.
Six winners will be selected as part of the special 10th anniversary celebration.
