The Ontario Health Team-Northumberland is preparing a new five-year strategic plan focused on improving access to care, equity and co-ordination across the local health system.
Executive Lead Ram Puva outlined the work at the October Northumberland Hills Hospital board meeting, reflecting on achievements under the 2021-2026 plan and priorities for 2027-2032.
The new plan is being developed using feedback from about 250 residents and 31 community organizations, with completion expected by Dec. 15.
