Port Hope police have charged a 67-year-old local man following an investigation into two separate incidents involving female employees at businesses in the community.
Clifford Gillespie was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with two counts of sexual assault under the Criminal Code. Police say the charges stem from separate incidents involving employees at local businesses.
Gillespie was held for a bail hearing and was subsequently remanded into custody by the Ontario Court of Justice in Northumberland County.
