Northumberland OPP have charged a Cobourg man following an investigation into alleged incidents at a Brighton business.
Police say they received several complaints last Thursday involving incidents reported to have occurred at a business on Young Street between May 28 and August 12.
The Northumberland OPP Crime Unit continued the investigation, and one person was arrested Monday.
A 53-year-old Cobourg man has been charged with sexual assault and two counts of voyeurism. He is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg in September.
Police are asking anyone who believes they may have been the victim of a similar incident, or who has information that could assist the investigation, to contact Northumberland OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers.
