No injuries are being reported after a transport truck pulling two small empty school buses went off the roadway and ended up in a ditch along Hwy. 401 westbound, just east of the Big Apple, says OPP.
On the afternoon of Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025, an OPP spokesperson said only one person was involved in the incident and that was the driver of the transport.
Meanwhile, the transport and buses will have to be removed from the side of the road at a later date/time, which will mean a lane closure once scheduled, noted the spokesperson.
