The Cougars were able to get back in the win column with a hard fought road victory against North York.
Cobourg got two goals from Liam Oravsky and Beckett Ewart was credited with the winner in a 4-1 win.
Reece Herman made 25 saves between the pipes, while Nico Laforge and Wyatt Gregory each had two assists.
Cobourg is now 8th in the Eastern Conference with 29 points. The Cougars will try and inch further up the standings when they meet Lindsay on Monday at the CCC.
