A Cobourg man is one of 27 people arrested following a 13-month joint-forces investigation by the OPP known as Project Coyote.
28-year-old Dylan Kearley is facing several charges including possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Project Coyote is an investigation by OPP as well as Toronto and Belleville Police into the trafficking of controlled substances and firearms by GTA drug traffickers and members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.
Police say so far the investigation has found multiple handguns, large quantities of drugs, 150 thousand dollars worth of jewelry and over 370 thousand dollars in Canadian currency.
