Owners Mike and Teresa Wilson came to Cobourg after their renowned restaurant “Big Fish” in St. Martin was swept away by Hurricane Irma.
Finding their new home, tucked away on the shores of Cobourg, was like getting a little something of what they’d lost back.
Teresa told us more.
Mike and Teresa have brought decades of experience and offer traditional Italian fare as well as some outstanding dishes they’ve perfected from around the world.
According to Teresa, Executive Chef Jason Scott brings over 30 years of professional culinary expertise to the restaurant working from scratch to create delicious offerings to Cucina Urbana’s guests.
And Teresa told us they couldn’t ask for better patrons.
