This past Saturday Family Dental Centre in Cobourg held a day of free dental care.
Appointments were first come first serve, and in total they provided $18,955 in treatment across 53 appointments.
Family Dental Centre’s Dr. Yasmin Monemdjou said many in the area may not have a dentist or lack coverage, so this day is their way to help those people.
She said that some people lined up at 4am that morning to make sure they got a spot.
