A second COVID-19 booster is now available for anyone 18 years and older.
Starting July 13, individuals can book an appointment through the COVID-19 vaccination portal or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre.
You can also book directly with the HKPR District Health Unit directly and at participating pharmacies.
According to Deputy Minister of Health, Sylvia Jones, “Vaccines continue to be our best defense against COVID-19 and helps protect our hospital capacity for those who need it most.”
Second booster doses are being offered at an interval of five months after an individual receives their first booster dose.
