The Seymour Community Recycling centre in Campbellford will be holding events in July and October for you to take in any household hazardous waste that may have been building up over the last two years.
The July event will take place on Friday the 8th from 8:30 to 4 pm and Saturday the 9th from 8:30 to 2 pm.
Be sure to sort your materials beforehand, paint with paint, batteries with batteries and note that containers must be sealed and not exceed 20 litres.
Non-perishable food items will also be accepted both days to benefit local food banks.
