All school bus service to Clarington schools is cancelled today.
In a post on its school bus cancellation page, Student Transportation Service of Central Ontario says Monday’s snowfall and the ongoing clean-up in the Durham Region continues to create challenges for school communities in Clarington.
STSCO says after discussion with the Municipality of Clarington about its ongoing snow removal efforts, snow last night and the forecast for more snow today, KPRDSB and PVNCCDSB have decided that all schools in the Municipality of Clarington will be closed to students and staff today, Jan. 19, 2022.
STSCO says it will update the status of transportation to Clarington schools this afternoon.
